What is the difference between three issues recurring and six issues one-off?
The three issues recurring subscription is our most popular because it is the easiest to administer, and offers the best value for money. Subscribers never have to worry about missing an issue, and should you wish to cancel you can opt out at any point, either by calling us or via your Be Creative account online. Payments are taken securely once ever three months without the need for reminder emails or follow up phone calls making life much easier for you (and us!). We still offer the six month one-off option primarily as a gift option, where it remains popular. Here a one-off payment is taken up front for six months. We will then send out a renewal reminder in the final month, and a follow up should the subscription lapse.

How will you acknowledge my order?
An email acknowledgement of your order will be sent to you almost immediately after you place your order online. This will confirm the details of your order and the addresses to send too.
Do I have to have an account?
For subscribers, an account is automatically set up in your name when you submit your details. An email is sent to you with a generic password, which you can then change. With that you can log on via the Be Creative website www.creativewithworkbox.com/my-account - this allows you to change your address, renew your subscription and it details when your subscription started and when the next payment is due. You can of course ignore your account, and administer your renewal with us directly over the phone if that's easier. Our customer care line is +44 (01395) 233 247
For one off purchases of back issues or the current issue, there is a guest checkout option which does not then lead to an account set up.
How do I change my address?
The easiest way is via your Be Creative account, details of which are sent by email once you have placed your order. Alternatively, simply contact one of our Customer Services team on +44 (0)1395-233247 or write to us at:

If I’m giving a gift subscription, do you send anything to the recipient?
If required, we will send the recipient a letter by post, confirming the gift on the buyers behalf. Please let us know if this is needed.
How secure are my card details?
All online payment transactions are carried out securely by accredited payment bureaus PayPal or Stripe. Under no circumstances will we hold sensitive payment details such as your card number, expiry date and security code. How do I renew the subscription?
If you have opted for our three issue recurring subscription then you don't need to do anything. Your subscription will automatically renew every three months until you choose to opt out. If you have taken a six issue 'one-off' subscription we will email a reminder before the end of your subscription and again, should it lapse. Alternatively you can renew via our website or by calling our sales line on: +44 (0)1395-233247.
When does my current subscription expire?
At any point in time you can check the status of your subscription via your Be Creative account - details of which are emailed to you on subscribing. Alternatively contact one of our Customer Services team on +44 (0)1395-233247 and we'll be happy to help
What if an issue doesn’t arrive?
Simply contact one of our Customer Services team on +44 (0)1395-233247 and they will check we have your correct address details and arrange for a replacement copy to be sent to you.
When is my first issue due?
By way of example - if you subscribe during the month of July, you will receive the September issue as your first issue - and that will arrive by post in the last week of August. We hope that makes sense! If not, please call our Customer Help Line on +44 (01395) 233 247. In the above example, if you wanted the August issue you would need to order this directly from our website during the month of August (the 'buy current issue' option) or by calling us on the above number .
What if a magazine arrives damaged?
Simply contact one of our Customer Services team on +44 (0)1395-233247 and they will arrange for a replacement copy to be sent to you.
How long does it take for magazines to arrive outside of the United Kingdom?
For purchases of back issues or the current issue, the delivery time depends on the service provided by the various organisations along the way. But we use the following as estimates:
- Delivery to Europe in 5 to 7 working days from purchase date
- Delivery to the rest of the world in 10 to 14 working days from purchase date
For subscribers, add the same number of days above to the detail below, which explains which issue subscribers recieve first:

What is the price in USD$ or other currencies?
Prices will be converted by your Credit Card company at the current rate of exchange. This rate will fluctuate.
