How will you acknowledge my order?

An email acknowledgement of your order will be sent to you almost immediately after you place your order online. This will confirm the details of your order and the addresses to send too.

If I’m giving a gift subscription, do you send anything to the recipient?

If required, we will send the recipient a letter by post, confirming the gift on the buyers behalf. Please let us know if this is needed.

What is my subscriber number?

Your subscriber number is located on the front cover sheet sent with your issue of the magazine.

How secure are my credit card details?

All online payment transactions are carried out securely by PayPal. Under no circumstances will we hold sensitive payment details such as your card number, expiry date and security code. All online transactions are handled through our accredited payment bureau, PayPal (Europe) Ltd. For more information please refer to PayPal Privacy Policy.

Please note: you do NOT need a PayPal account to process an order through PayPal just click “Check out with PayPal” below and then go to the section which says “Don’t have a PayPal account? Pay using your credit or debit card” and click that instead.

How do I renew the subscription?

Whether you are taking out a subscription for yourself or as a gift, we will send you a reminder before the end of your subscription. Either complete and return the renewal form you receive with payment or call our Sales line on: +44 (0)1395-233247.

When does my current subscription expire?

Your issues left is located on the front cover sheet sent with your issue of the magazine. Alternatively contact one of our Customer Services team on +44 (0)1395-233247

What if an issue doesn’t arrive?

Simply contact one of our Customer Services team on +44 (0)1395-233247 and they will check we have your correct address details and arrange for a replacement copy to be sent to you.

When is my first issue due?

We aim to deliver all of the magazines in accordance with the publisher's print and delivery schedule, so you should receive your first magazine within 14 days of placing your order.

What if a magazine arrives damaged?

Simply contact one of our Customer Services team on +44 (0)1395-233247 and they will arrange for a replacement copy to be sent to you.

How long does it take for magazines to arrive outside of the United Kingdom?

This will depend on the service provided by the various organisations along the way. But we use the following as estimates:

  • Delivery to Europe in 5 to 7 working days
  • Delivery to the rest of the world in 10 to 14 working days
What is the price in USD$ or other currencies?

Prices will be converted by your Credit Card company at the current rate of exchange. This rate will fluctuate.
